2011-12 WINTER CSA PROGRAM SIGN-UP FORM

We only have a limited number of memberships available each season for New Subscribers. To be fair, any available spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once we fill up, we will place all remaining applicants on a waiting list. If during the season a spot becomes available, we will fill it with an applicant from our waiting list in the order it was received. If you applied for last season and we did not contact you, you will need to re-apply for this season.

If you were a 2010-11 fall/winter subscriber, you do not need to fill out a new application. Just e-mail us at kes@bellsouth.net and tell us to renew your subscription for the 2011-12 fall/winter season.  If you have questions about prices, click here for "Prices and Payments". 

By submitting a sign-up form, you are not guaranteed a place. Please do not send any payments until you have received an email confirmation and invoice via email. You should receive these 2 emails by August 31.  NOTE: Many times our emails go into the recipients junk mail box, so please watch for emails from kes@bellsouth.net

Our 2011-12 season begins October 3, 2011 and will end on June 1, 2012.  All subscribers will receive a delivery or pick-up schedule, an invoice, and an informational letter via email before the season starts in October. For those applicants who do not reside here full-time, please let us know if you will be arriving after the October 3 start date. 

We recommend that everyone read the "Program Details" section to familiarize yourself with how our CSA program works, before making your selections below and submitting your sign-up form.

For deliveries, please give directions and/or any special instructions:
If you live in a gated community, please give gate code or add us to your permanent gate access list. If we are unable to delivery your box because of denied access, it will be returned to farm for pick-up or donation and you will be charged for non-delivered box.

 (For example: Front porch, back porch, in cooler. If you will be leaving a cooler out for your delivery, please make sure it is large enough to hold all perishable items and have some type of ice pack.)
