2011-2012 FALL/WINTER SEASON BOX COST: 

Large box, delivered  (limited delivery area)....................................................... $41.50 per box (includes $6.50 delivery charge)

Large box, picked up at farm................................................................................. $35 per box

Small box, delivered  (limited delivery area)........................................................ $29.50 per box (includes $6.50 delivery charge)

Small box, picked up at farm.................................................................................. $23 per box

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Two payment options are available:

·         Seasonal Pre-Payment – pay for the entire season in advance by Sept. 1, 2011 and receive a discount (see below ‘Discounts’ section)

·         Monthly Payments – pay monthly and receive, via email, a monthly statement showing all invoices and payments for the season to-date. These statements will be emailed in sufficient time to submit payment by the 1^st of each month.  Exception:  The first monthly payment of the season - for October boxes - is due September 17, 2011. Subsequent monthly payments are due on the first day of each month for that month's boxes, in addition any ‘extras’ you purchased the prior month. Basically, you are paying for boxes 1 month in advance and ‘extras’ the month after purchased.
Monthly Invoices are calculated by work weeks (work weeks are 5 days of the week even if 2 months are included in that work week) so your monthly payment may include dates from 2 months. Therefore, monthly invoice amounts will fluctuate depending on how many work weeks are in the month. Subscribers are provided a pick-up/delivery schedule indicating number of work weeks in a month.   
Accounts not paid by the second week of each month will not receive a box until payment is received. 

EXTRAS PURCHASED:
You can purchase extra produce, upon request, over and above what is included in your box at a special rate for subscribers.  We will record, but do not send, invoices for these ‘extras’.  However, the invoice will show on your monthly statement.

SERVICE FEE:
If it is your first season and you cancel before the season ends, there will be a $20 service fee added to your balance due.

DISCOUNTS – only applies to Seasonal pre-payment:
Seasonal pre-payments include a discount as follows:

Weekly subscribers: one free box at the end of the season

Small Box Bi-weekly subscribers:  $15 off the seasonal cost

Large Box Bi-weekly subscribers:  $20 off the seasonal cost

Payment must be submitted by September 1, 2011 in order to qualify for the discount.

2011-2012 SEASONAL PRE-PAYMENT PRICING:
Weekly: 34 weeks X price per box less 1 box discount
Bi-weekly: 17 weeks X price per box less $15 or $20 discount (depending on box size)
